Healthy Meal ✅
As we continue to practice social distancing and the dictates of health and safety, as specified by the World Health Organization (WHO). Remember that we must also give preference to maintaining a healthy immune system. Since we can't do that by coming into contact with people and things unnecessarily, we can always focus on a healthier diet and habits.
So, here's an almost-June-resolution to transitioning from all I want to eat, to healthier food and life choices!
Another fun way to boost ones immunity is to focus on the positive things happening around us, to keep busy, maybe even help to clean the house if you don't do so otherwise. It is a known fact that optimistic thinking helps the body function better.
