TSE Recipes: Pasta Salad

Pictured above is an original TSE! Recipe: Pasta Salad.  © The Sanniah Experience! (TSE) WHAT YOU NEED: Pasta 2 packets [Boiled] Capsicum 2 large, thinly sliced then chopped into tiny pieces Green Olives ½ cup chopped [optional] Black Olives   ½ cup chopped Mushrooms ½ cup thinly sliced Chicken ½ kg, chopped Oil   ¼ to ½ cup [by preference]   Soya Sauce 1 tbsp White Vinegar 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tsp Thyme 1 tsp Parsley 1 tsp Salt To taste Pepper To taste Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 4 tbsp BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp [optional] Serving Size: Roughly serves about 8-10 people.  METHOD: For Chicken: 1. Add oil, salt, pepper, chicken cubes, soya sauce, vinegar, and chilli flakes [optional], ginger and garlic paste in a pan.

TSE Recipes: Chicken and Vegetable Biryani

Pictured above is an original TSE Recipe: Chicken & Vegetable Biryani/Pulao.  © The Sanniah Experience! (TSE) What you need: Rice  ________________   2 glasses Peas   1 cup Potatoes 1 cup [cubed into thin pieces] Chicken   1 cup [cubed into small pieces] Biryani Masala  1.5 packet [I combined  Shan's  Bombay Biryani and  National  Biryani Masala flavors] Onion  2 large, thinly sliced Tomatoes 3 large, chopped into small pieces Oil 1 cup Water  3 cups * To make Pulao instead of Biryani, just add yakhni/chicken stock [4 cups] instead of water and biryani.  Serving Size:   Roughly serves about 4-6 people.  Method: 1. Fry the sliced onions till they are golden-brown, then add the peas and cubed potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat before adding water. 2. Cover and cook till potatoes look cooked and peas change colour.
